Scheduled Appointments

To take advantage of the full Rebel Rouge experience it is recommended that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to complete a full consultation with the individual therapist prior to treatment. Clients will also enjoy the complimentary refreshments available and can take the time to relax in the comfortable waiting area inclusive of sofas and large screen LCD televisions. Further, the waiting area is complete with samples and testers of many of the products on offer in the salon.

Bookings

The process of booking any treatment at Rebel Rouge requires client’s credit card details as a deposit for the treatment, however no payment will be taken unless clients fail to turn up for the designated appointment or cancel at short notice, within the space of 24hours. Clients have the choice to pay for treatments in the salon by cash or credit/debit card.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are warmly welcomed at Rebel Rouge, however it is requested that a 50% deposit is paid at time of booking to secure such a large time slot.

Cancellation Policy

The Rebel Rouge cancellation policy details that clients must notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance of a cancelled appointment otherwise the full cost of the treatment must be deducted. If client cannot attend the scheduled appointment the full amount of appointment may be transferred to another booking made within the following 2 weeks. Again clients must give the salon 24 hours notice to reschedule.

Courtesy Call

Rebel Rouge will contact all clients 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatments to ensure all clients have the correct details of treatments, therapists and the appointment time.
Any clients running late will be accommodated to the best of the salons ability but cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.

Health Concerns

If the client has any concerns regarding their health and the scheduled appointment they may talk in confidence with a salon therapist before the treatment commences. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
